The Fairborn Observatory organized dozens of astronomy conferences and workshops, and the Fairborn Institute has carried on this tradition. A few of the past events can be seen below. The Institute encourages its student researchers to present their published results at conferences such as the Society of Astronomical Sciences’ annual symposium.
